1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Nia Meet, the AI-powered video meeting platform operated by Tecnots (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, joining a meeting, or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

To use most features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@tecnots.com if you suspect unauthorized use. Guests may join meetings without an account; these Terms apply to guests while they use the service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Nia Meet to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others;
• record, transcribe, or monitor a meeting without the consent required by law in your jurisdiction;
• upload or share content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or malicious (including malware);
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or related systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service; or
• resell, sublicense, or misuse the service in a way not intended by its normal operation.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.

4. Meetings, Recordings, and Transcripts

You and your meeting participants retain ownership of the content you create on Nia Meet, including meeting audio and video, recordings, transcripts, chat messages, notes, and shared files (“User Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display User Content solely as needed to operate and provide the service to you — for example, generating live transcription and storing meeting summaries for participants.

The meeting host is responsible for informing participants when transcription or recording is active and for obtaining any consents required by applicable law.

5. AI-Generated Content

Nia Meet uses artificial intelligence to produce transcripts, summaries, action items, and similar outputs. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies and is provided for convenience only. It is not a verbatim record and should not be relied on as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, or other consequential decisions. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before acting on or distributing them.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep Nia Meet available at all times, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. We may perform maintenance with or without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support@tecnots.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tecnots and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose or one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as by email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
